Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 August 2026

Controlled beta: These terms apply during controlled private beta. Paid plan details and additional checkout terms will be presented before any paid subscription begins.

Agreement

These terms apply when you access or use CEILR, a software service operated by Arc Techno Pty Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

You may use CEILR for lawful business research and planning. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse provider data, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful material, resell access without written permission, or use the service to violate Amazon or third-party terms.

Your data and responsibilities

You remain responsible for the data you enter, upload or act on. You must have the right to use uploaded reports and third-party information. Keep account credentials secure and notify support promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

Outputs and limitations

CEILR combines user inputs, imported reports, licensed provider observations, estimates and calculations. Outputs are decision-support information, not guarantees of sales, ranking, advertising performance or profit. You remain responsible for commercial decisions and Amazon-account compliance.

Subscriptions

Paid access will be governed by the plan, price, billing period and included limits shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may apply.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may maintain, secure, change or discontinue features when reasonably required. Material plan changes will be communicated where practical.

Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or ended for non-payment, security risk, abuse, unlawful use or material breach. You may stop using the service and cancel a paid subscription through the available billing controls.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, CEILR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, Amazon-account action, or decisions made from service outputs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
