Cancellation Policy

Controlled beta: Paid plan details, billing periods and any plan-specific cancellation terms will be presented before a paid subscription begins.

How cancellation works

You may cancel an active subscription through the billing controls made available in your CEILR account. Unless the checkout terms state otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until that date.

Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically for the next billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds

Refund requests are considered in accordance with the plan terms shown at purchase and any rights available under applicable consumer law. We do not promise a refund merely because the service was not used during a paid period.

Access after cancellation

When the paid entitlement ends, access to paid workspace functions may be revoked. Before the end date, export any information you are entitled and able to retain.

Contact support@ceilr.com promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect or you cannot access the billing controls.
