Margin-aware Amazon seller decision support

Know what a keyword can afford before you spend.

CEILR combines seller-supplied keyword evidence, product economics and controlled PPC planning—so each evaluated term keeps its source, financial ceiling and next action.

One focused Amazon seller platform

Five connected tools. One financially accountable workflow.

CEILR is built around a single job: turning supplied keyword evidence into a decision your product margin can actually support.

IC

Index Checker

Check visibility for the keywords you enter or import.

Observe organic rank and sponsored presence through the enabled licensed provider without presenting the check as competitor keyword discovery.

  • Seller-supplied keywords
  • Own and selected competitor ASIN visibility checks
  • Organic and sponsored observations
  • Timestamped, source-labelled evidence
PP

Profit & PPC Engine

Turn product economics into usable advertising limits.

Calculate contribution profit, maximum ad spend, break-even ACoS, target ACoS, profit-safe CPC and required conversion rate.

WH

Waste & Harvest

Separate terms that deserve action from terms that need restraint.

Review seller-owned performance evidence against loss limits, stop rules and contribution economics before deciding what to harvest, monitor or avoid.

CL

Campaign Lab

Build a bounded test before money is committed.

Define match type, starting bid, budget, maximum test loss, negatives, stop rule and review date. Plans remain seller-controlled.

AP

Action & Proof

Keep the decision, action and later evidence together.

Record what was applied, preserve the supporting evidence and compare a later non-overlapping performance period without claiming causation.

From supplied evidence to controlled action

A workflow built for decisions—not another keyword export.

Each stage adds information the next stage needs. The output is traceable from the final recommendation back to the evidence and economics that produced it.

  1. 01

    Profile

    Set the product economics

Enter marketplace, selling price, landed cost, Amazon fees, tax treatment and target contribution profit.

  2. 02

    Supply evidence

Enter keywords or import seller reports

Use seller-owned inputs and permitted third-party exports. Current private beta does not discover a competitor keyword universe from an ASIN.

  3. 03

    Check

    Observe current marketplace visibility

Use Index Checker for supplied keywords and selected ASINs, with organic and sponsored observations kept source-labelled.

  4. 04

    Evaluate

Resolve each term into one action

Steal, Defend, Test, Listing Only, Monitor, Avoid or Do nothing yet—with the reason and source trail visible.

  5. 05

    Control & prove

Plan the test and record the outcome

Set limits before launch, then review later seller evidence against the recorded decision.

The CEILR difference

Keyword evidence is only useful when your economics can support the action.

CEILR focuses on the decision layer between seller research and execution. It does not claim that planned discovery capabilities are already live.

01

Research evidence stays labelled

Seller reports, licensed observations, imported third-party figures and derived calculations are not presented as the same kind of truth.

02

Margin is applied to every evaluated term

A keyword is not promoted simply because demand or visibility looks attractive.

03

The recommendation is operational

The output includes a decision class and, when appropriate, a controlled test plan—not only a score or export.

04

Proof remains connected to the action

Later results can be reviewed against the original evidence without falsely claiming the change caused the outcome.

Data truth and product trust

Clear about what the software knows—and what it does not.

CEILR is designed to make assumptions visible. It does not turn estimates into facts or imply access to a competitor's private account data.

Seller-owned

Product economics, keywords, Amazon reports and other inputs supplied by the workspace user.

Observed

Timestamped marketplace visibility returned through an enabled licensed provider.

Imported or estimated

Third-party demand or suggested-CPC figures only when supplied or enabled, labelled rather than presented as Amazon-published facts.

Derived

Contribution, ACoS limits, profit-safe CPC, required conversion and decision classes calculated by CEILR.

Product safeguards

Designed for controlled seller decisions

  • Tenant-isolated authenticated workspaces
  • Server-side provider spend controls and usage limits
  • No automatic Amazon campaign changes
  • No claims about competitor sales, revenue, profit, exact bids or conversion rates
  • No guarantee of ranking, sales, advertising performance or profit

Controlled private beta

Bring your keyword evidence and product economics into one decision workflow.

Access is approved case by case while paid-beta checkout, legal terms and support operations are finalised. A request does not create a paid subscription, guarantee acceptance or enable public signup.

Frequently asked questions

What CEILR does now, where the data comes from and what beta users control.

What does CEILR currently do?

CEILR evaluates keywords and reports supplied by the seller, combines them with enabled licensed visibility observations and product economics, then produces source-labelled affordability limits, decision classes and controlled test rules.

Does CEILR currently discover competitor keywords from an ASIN?

No. Competitor keyword discovery and expansion are planned capabilities, not live private-beta features. The current Index Checker evaluates keywords entered or imported by the seller and observes visibility for selected ASINs.

Where does the information come from?

Seller-owned reports and inputs, enabled licensed marketplace observations, imported third-party figures and CEILR-derived calculations. Important metrics retain a visible source label.

Does CEILR change campaigns automatically?

No. Beta users review and apply plans themselves. CEILR does not write bid or campaign changes to Amazon Ads.

Which marketplaces are supported?

Current workflows are designed for Amazon Australia and United States. Available observations depend on the enabled provider configuration and the seller-owned information supplied to the workspace.

Does CEILR estimate competitor sales or revenue?

No. CEILR does not fabricate competitor sales, units or revenue. Amazon-published marketplace signals may be shown only as observed signals when a supported provider returns them.

Does CEILR guarantee sales, ranking or profit?

No. CEILR is decision-support software. Outcomes depend on factors outside the software.

What does it cost?

Paid-beta checkout is not open on this public page. The applicable price, GST treatment, included limits, renewal terms and refund terms will be displayed before any real paid subscription begins. A beta request does not create a paid subscription.

Is CEILR affiliated with Amazon?

No. CEILR is an independent software service operated by Arc Techno Pty Ltd and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon.
