Profit-first Amazon seller software

Amazon seller software that shows what to scale, cap, hold or stop before you spend more.

CEILR turns product economics, Amazon PPC, keyword, cash and inventory evidence into one seller-reviewed decision. See the CPC your ASIN can afford, whether cash and inventory support more traffic, and the evidence behind the next action.

CEILR is published in the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore, supports seller-authorized Amazon connections, and remains read-only to Amazon seller state. CEILR does not create or change listings, prices, inventory, orders, bids, budgets or keywords.

The seller problem

Amazon sellers rarely lack metrics. They lack a single defensible decision across conflicting metrics.

A keyword tool can say demand is attractive. A PPC dashboard can say ACoS is rising. A profit dashboard can say the ASIN is still profitable. Inventory can say only 24 selling days remain. Cash can say the next purchase order is due before the next settlement. Those are not six unrelated facts. They are one operating decision.

ACoS = 28%“Good” or “bad” versus a generic benchmark. What is this ASIN's allowable ACoS after actual landed cost, fees and desired retained contribution?

Core decision layers

CEILR connects the parts of an Amazon business that normally live in separate tools.

The platform is intentionally category-agnostic. The formulas use the seller's product economics and evidence rather than a generic “good Amazon margin” or “good ACoS” benchmark.

01

Product and competitor evidence

Research becomes an input, not a verdict.

Use supported product and competitor evidence to investigate opportunities, competing ASINs and visibility. CEILR does not present unsupported competitor sales, ranks or demand estimates as facts. See Amazon product research and reverse ASIN research.

02

Keyword intelligence

Relevance → evidence → listing/PPC decision.

Keyword evidence is reconciled with listing coverage, visibility state and PPC economics. A high-volume term is not automatically a good term if it is irrelevant, already covered or financially unsafe. See Amazon keyword research.

03

Profit-Safe CPC

How much can a click cost while protecting contribution?

CEILR calculates the allowable advertising amount from selling price, landed cost, Amazon/per-order fees, other variable costs and the contribution you choose to preserve. Conversion rate translates that per-order advertising room into a CPC ceiling. Test it with the Amazon CPC calculator.

04

Fundable CPC

Profitability is not the same as affordability.

A campaign may be profitable on paper while consuming more operating cash than the seller can safely deploy before settlement, reorder or other commitments. Fundable CPC adds the capital constraint. See Profit-Safe vs Fundable CPC.

05

Inventory continuity

Do not scale demand blindly into a stockout.

Runway, reorder economics and inventory evidence sit beside PPC decisions so a seller can see when additional demand conflicts with replenishment timing or cash. See Amazon inventory planning.

06

Evidence Health and Decision Memory

Know why the decision exists and what happened after it.

CEILR records evidence source, freshness and decision history instead of treating all numbers as equally trustworthy. Missing or stale evidence can reduce confidence. Later measurements can be attached to the original decision rather than reconstructed from memory.

Worked Amazon PPC economics

“What should I bid?” starts with unit economics, not the auction suggestion.

This worked example is hypothetical and exists to show the arithmetic. It is not Amazon market data or a recommended bid.

Input / resultValueFormula
Selling priceUS$44.95Seller-entered
Landed costUS$18.00Seller-entered
Amazon / fulfilment feesUS$8.50Seller-entered verified amount
Other variable costUS$1.00Seller-entered
Pre-ad contributionUS$17.4544.95 − 18.00 − 8.50 − 1.00
Break-even ACoS38.82%17.45 ÷ 44.95
Observed conversion rate10%Seller-entered evidence
Break-even CPCUS$1.7517.45 × 10%
Protected contributionUS$5.00/orderSeller objective
Profit-Safe CPCUS$1.25(17.45 − 5.00) × 10%
Available ad cashUS$1,000 for 1,200 planned clicksFundable CPC = US$0.83
Final operating ceilingUS$0.83Lower of 1.25 Profit-Safe and 0.83 Fundable

With these inputs, US$1.10 CPC is below break-even, but it is still above both the seller's cash-funded operating ceiling and the final decision ceiling. “Below break-even” is not the same as “safe to scale.”

Amazon PPC software

CEILR is deliberately decision support, not an autonomous ad operator.

Some Amazon sellers want software to change campaigns automatically. CEILR is not built for that operating model.

READ

Read and analyze

Seller-authorized evidence only.

Where approved Amazon access exists, CEILR can use permitted read-only evidence. Where advertising, cost or other evidence is not available through approved access, CEILR relies on seller-supplied evidence or marks the field unavailable.

DEC

Calculate and explain

Show the economic boundary and the evidence behind it.

Profit-Safe CPC, allowable ACoS and Fundable CPC make the recommendation falsifiable: change the price, costs, protected contribution, conversion rate or cash constraint and the ceiling changes transparently.

NO

No silent seller-state writes

The seller executes.

CEILR does not create or update advertising campaigns, bids, budgets or keywords. It also does not write listings, prices, inventory, orders, buyer communications or review requests.

Who CEILR is for

Best fit: sellers with real products, real PPC and real capital constraints.

CEILR is most differentiated after the seller has moved beyond “should I open an Amazon account?” and is managing decisions across live products.

01

Private-label and brand operators

Contribution and inventory matter.

When a seller has product-specific landed costs, referral/fulfilment fees, advertising spend and reorder commitments, generic benchmarks become less useful than product-specific economic ceilings.

02

Sellers who want control over Amazon writes

Advice without silent execution.

CEILR's read-only architecture is a feature for sellers who want to review evidence before changing the account.

03

Operators tired of disconnected dashboards

One decision chain.

If the same keyword appears separately in research, PPC, rank and profit tools, CEILR's value is carrying the signal across those domains until one decision is economically and evidentially coherent.
