# CEILR

> Amazon seller decision intelligence. CEILR connects product contribution, advertising economics, cash and inventory evidence into one ranked, explainable next action — and shows missing data as missing rather than estimating it. One plan at US$39.95/month. Read-only to Amazon: CEILR never writes listings, prices, inventory, orders, bids, budgets or keywords.

CEILR is published by Arc Techno Pty Ltd and listed on the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore. An Appstore listing is not an Amazon endorsement.

Terms CEILR defines and uses precisely:
- Profit-Safe CPC: the maximum cost per click that still leaves the seller their stated protected contribution per order.
- Fundable CPC: the maximum cost per click the seller's available cash can actually fund over the planned click volume, which can be lower than the economically profitable ceiling.
- Break-even ACoS: pre-ad contribution divided by net selling price.
- Break-even CPC: pre-ad contribution multiplied by conversion rate.
- Evidence Health: whether the data supporting a decision is current, stale or absent.
- Decision Memory: the retained reasoning and evidence behind a previous seller decision.
- Conflict Graph: compiled votes from PPC, profit, inventory, cash and evidence; SCALE is blocked when a required vote is STOP, MISSING or conflicting.
- Decision packet: the seller-executed record of the compiled decision and mapped Search Term actions. CEILR does not send the packet to Amazon.
- Execution Proof: read-only status of whether recommended targeting changes were applied: recommended, tracked, not applied, partial, verified, drifted or inconclusive.
- Attribution Truth: ads-attributed revenue cannot by itself authorise SCALE when realised sales evidence is missing or conflicting.
